Arlene Roger is the internal marketing and communications specialist at UF Health St. Johns, where she leads strategic messaging and employee engagement. Previously, she supported major pharmaceutical and medical device companies on disease awareness, regulatory milestones, safety communications and employee initiatives. Originally from Miami, Arlene holds a bachelor’s in communications from Florida International University and a master’s in public relations and corporate communication from New York University.
