About me
Hello there! I'm Brian Lancaster, a physical therapist at UF Health. I earned my doctorate in physical therapy from Harding University. Specializing in orthopaedics, I have a keen interest in addressing issues related to the foot and ankle, tendinopathy, running medicine, pediatric orthaepedics and vestibular conditions.
Interestingly, my career trajectory took a turn from high school teaching to physical therapy, reflecting my commitment to education in my clinical practice. I strongly believe that empowering patients with knowledge about their therapy process is crucial. I find immense satisfaction in motivating individuals, guiding them through the challenges, and instilling the belief that with dedication and hard work, they can get back to enjoying life. My professional goal revolves around delivering unparalleled care at every stage of the patient recovery process.
Beyond clinical practice, I actively engage in knowledge dissemination. I have presented my expertise on the rehabilitation of tendinopathy both locally and nationally.
On a personal note, I cherish moments spent outdoors, whether it's enjoying a round of golf, playing disc golf or hiking with my family.
