Marshall M. and Paula P. Criser Jr. Cancer Resource Center

The Marshall M. and Paula P. Criser, Jr. Cancer Resource Center is designed to promote patient education and wellness. The Center is in the UF Health Cancer Hospital lobby.

The center provides patients and their care partners several benefits, including:

  • A relaxing and supportive environment
  • Views of the Garden of Hope and surrounding scenery in a family-room atmosphere
  • Computers with free internet
  • Printing and faxing access
  • Information about treatments, recovery and how to cope with bereavement
  • Experienced staff offering support with backgrounds in oncology, creative arts and holistic healing

The Center's Margo Powers Room offers health-related classes, art workshops and educational seminars. The room can also host small group meetings.

The Center complements medical care and helps support the diverse needs of patients. Our goal is to provide information and tools to help patients cope with cancer.
