Chronic pain rehabilitation

Chronic and complex pain conditions are often best treated with a multidisciplinary approach. Our therapy focus is two-fold: increasing your physical activity and cardiovascular endurance to help prevent deconditioning as well as the use of specific educational tools focused on teaching you more about your pain condition.

Our unique pain education program helps you understand the complex nature of pain, the role the brain and neurological system can play in the persistence of pain, and provides you with tangible tools and techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life. Using this approach, we are able to help you decrease the fear and anxiety that so often accompanies chronic pain conditions to not only improve your functional ability but decrease pain levels over time.
