UF Health Shands parking and wayfinding updates for Dental Science Building construction

An exciting transformation is underway at UF Health as the College of Dentistry undergoes a significant renovation and expansion. While this project will enhance the experience for patients, visitors and team members, construction includes temporary changes to parking, pedestrian routes and wayfinding. This page provides the latest information to help you navigate these changes.

Please allow extra time for parking and shuttle transportation.

West entrance closure

The west entrance (see map below) will be closed through 2028. This impacts ADA/disabled parking and drop-off areas as well as access, traffic flow and wayfinding for UF Health Shands Hospital and nearby UF Health Physicians practices.

Please note these impacts are on the west side of UF Health Shands Hospital (UF College of Dentistry entrance). The east side patient/visitor parking will not be impacted.
