My bio
As a hematology and medical oncology physician at University of Florida Health, I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with cancer and blood disorders.
I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lincoln Memorial University–DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed my internal medicine residency at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, Mississippi, where I served as chief resident. Afterward, I completed my fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Before joining UF Health, I served as a staff physician at the Omaha Department of Veterans Affairs and as an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Throughout my career, I have also been actively involved in medical education, quality improvement and clinical research.
I look forward to caring for patients at UF Health and contributing to the institution’s missions of clinical care, education and research.
