“ Dr. Miller took the time to pause and look me in the eye when I became slightly emotional when describing an issue. He gently offered a tissue and gave me time to compose myself without over reacting to my response. He also explained that he was going to do some quick research to confirm his hypothesis on my condition. I especially appreciated this during a day that had already been challenging and resulted in the schedule being shifted. ”
