“ Spent some time with the student who was thorough with questions and allowed me to elaborate when necessary, and that was accurately reflected to Angelica. She came in already having an understanding of some of what was going on, but had additional questions. I felt heard. I didn't feel rushed. I also was in and out quickly which was much appreciated. ”
