My bio
My decision to pursue a career in physical therapy grew from a long-standing love of anatomy and physiology, along with a desire to empower patients to take an active role in their health. As a physical therapist at UF Health Rehab Center- Medical Plaza, I work with individuals undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment to improve function, reduce symptom burden and support overall well-being.
My practice focuses on oncology rehabilitation and the comprehensive management of cancer-related impairments. My clinical interests include restoring function during and after cancer treatment, as well as helping patients navigate the physical challenges that can arise throughout their care. I value creating a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, motivated and equipped to set meaningful goals that matter to them. A future patient should know that I will meet you with compassion and commitment. Together, we will build a personalized plan tailored to your needs and goals. I aim to provide clear, easy-to-understand guidance and encourage every patient to stay engaged and confident throughout their rehab journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, baking, sewing, running and hiking.
