    “ Thank you for not being willing to listen to my out of the ordinary experiences with Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency, e.g. multiple bouts of pancreatitis, and chronic pigmented gallstones after cholecystectomy. I feel that you view me as an individual; not just another case. ”
