My bio
Brittany Bailey is a board-certified pediatric primary care nurse practitioner who earned her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Since becoming certified in 2019, she has gained experience in both pediatric primary care and pediatric hematology/oncology, bringing a compassionate and steady presence to the families she serves. She was drawn to pediatric primary care by a desire to build meaningful, long-term relationships with children and their families. While she enjoys all facets of her field, she has a particular passion for well-baby care and guiding new parents with thoughtful, practical anticipatory guidance as their infants grow and develop.
One of the most rewarding aspects of her work is helping families feel capable and confident. She strives to ensure caregivers leave each visit equipped with clear information, reassurance, and the tools they need to support their child’s health with ease.
Outside of her clinical work, she cherishes time with her three children, and their favorite place to visit together is Disney.
