“ This was my first consultation with Dr. Bass as she was referred to me via a friend/neighbor. Dr. Bass took me on as a patient even though she is full booked with patients. I appreciated the kind gesture. Dr. Bass was on time, presented herself with a smile and confidence and was very easy to communicate and discuss my medical history with. Upon my sharing of some health concerns, she was able to make quick decisions on actions to take which I was appreciative of rather than waiting another 6 months to take action on. We'll see how the next 6-12 months goes but I have high hopes in working with Dr. Bass as my new PCP after having a PCP for 20 years prior. ”
