About me
I treat a wide range of orthopaedic conditions, with a special focus on head and neck injuries. This includes headache and migraine disorders, TMJ dysfunction, neck pain and vestibular and concussion-related conditions. As a former gymnast, I enjoy working with gymnasts and other athletes, helping them safely return to the activities they love.
My interest in physical therapy began while I was a competitive gymnast, when University of Florida physical therapy students visited our team to give educational presentations. I found the field fascinating and was drawn to the idea of helping people regain function and confidence after injury. Today, my approach centers not only on recovery but also on injury prevention, with the goal of helping patients stay active and healthy in the long term.
I earned my doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and later completed a manual therapy certification through the same institution. My training allows me to combine hands-on techniques with evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and playing with my dog, Ruby.
