“ I was very apprehensive about my procedure, but Dr. Johnson-Mann's reassurance was very comforting and put me at ease. She gave me all the time I needed preop to ask questions and she answered each of them, referring me to her computer for clarification and visuals. She and her staff were helpful and accommodating, and very competent and friendly. ”
