“ Initial visit with Dr Howgate. The UF facility can be a bit overwhelming to navigate. Once we got back to Dr Howgate, who was 1 hour behind schedule, we were treated with utmost care & compassion. We were informed that the office was running behind & were treated very courteously once we got back to see the doctor. ”
