“ My first visit the provider was late well over 45 min. If I had been late to my appointment, there is a possibility I would not be seen or have to reschedule. It is not acceptable for mds to be late. At least provide an update to patient who is there first thing in the am. I even showed up early. It didn't make a difference. The post op visit with another provider was a lot smoother than my initial consult visit. Highly recommend the PA who assisted taking out my stiches. ”
