Dennis Hoban
About me
Dennis Hoban is UF Health St. Johns Administrator of Talent Strategy and Management where he is responsible for leading efforts in recruiting and retaining talent across the organization.
Mr. Hoban joined the UF Health St. Johnsteam from the GW Medical Faculty Associates, where he was responsible for the enterprise-wide talent acquisition operation. Prior to that, he had comparable roles as talent acquisition leader at MedStar Health in the Washington, DC area and Renown Health in Reno, NV,
He began his career in health care at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, as a recruiter.
Mr. Hoban earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University.
He and his wife, Denise, have two children. In his spare time, he enjoys camping and working on various projects at his home.
