About me
Erica Noegel is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a passion for supporting children and families throughout every stage of growth and development. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Erica worked as a Registered Nurse for more than eight years, including time in the UF Health Shands Hospital Emergency Department, where she discovered her passion for pediatric care.
Since joining UF Health Pediatrics in 2014, Erica has provided comprehensive pediatric care, seeing patients for both well-child visits and acute illnesses. She is committed to promoting health and wellness, fostering strong relationships with families, and serving as a trusted resource for parents navigating their children's healthcare needs.
As an IBCLC, Erica also provides breastfeeding and lactation support, helping families achieve their infant feeding goals with confidence and compassion.
Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and traveling.
