“ She was well prepared for my appointment and let me know about things that I should look into or follow up on, which I found very helpful. ”

“ Unfortunately, Gena came into the room and seemed like my appointment was a burden or that she'd rather not be there. Additionally, she had the wrong patient charts up and didn't even correct that when I gave her my DOB for confirmation. She proceeded to review the wrong patient's information, including typing information into that file, and asked questions about labs/reports that were not mine. After I corrected her and she found the right profile, she simply read the results from my previous visit, updated her comments in my profile with results from that visit (earlier in the day) and then closed out my file and ended my appointment. She did not ask if I had any questions, concerns, etc. She did not actually conduct any sort of check-up or check-in with me and just assumed that my previous appointment (FETAL ECHO) was enough, but that was not the case for me. The FETAL ECHO was a separate appointment and matter altogether. I saved my questions/concerns/etc. for this OB appointment and was extremely disappointed by her apathetic attitude and complete disregard for truly interacting with me, especially since this was the first time I was meeting her. ”

“ With my first pregnancy the nurse I talked to was very dismissive of my symptoms and it took a month of bleeding before I was diagnosed with a miscarriage and it was very traumatic. The provider I have worked with this pregnancy has been amazing and I have no complaints ”
