About me
My decision to pursue a career in physical therapy was shaped by a lifelong passion for movement and staying active. I work with patients recovering from general orthopaedic and sports-related injuries to restore function, reduce pain and help them reconnect with activities that bring them joy.
My practice focuses on the comprehensive rehabilitation of individuals with musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions . I value creating a positive, encouraging environment where patients feel heard, supported and motivated to take an active role in their rehab.
A future patient should know that I am easygoing, patient and fully invested in your goals. I take the time to listen and understand what matters most to you. As we work toward meaningful progress together, I adapt treatment to meet you where you are.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active in any way I can. You will often find me rock climbing, playing pickleball, working out or going for a run. When I am not on the move, I like to unwind by playing pool or video games after a busy day.
