    “ See response to first survey question also. I am always completely satisfied with my appointments. He is an Excellent commentator. He has obviously reviewed my file and follows up on all previous issues, is attentive to my concerns and questions and answers thoroughly. He has a very kind, caring presence and I always feel well taken care of when I have had an appointment with him. ”
