“ Dr. Otero treats my child with kindness and respect. She also gives her choices and autonomy to make informed decisions about her health. My daughter is 12. Dr. Otero doesn't talk around her or talk only to me. She is sensitive to her needs and is someone my daughter trusts. Truly an outstanding physician. ”

“ Dr Otero has been our doctor for almost 10 years and there is a reason we continue to come back as well as why we followed her to Tioga from Magnolia Parke. She is thorough with her exams and explanations, takes the time to listen to us and is always detail oriented and caring. ”

“ We absolutely love Dr Otero. She has the best bedside manner, she is so kind. She truly listens to every concern or comment that I make, and discusses every topic in detail. She is reassuring and makes me feel heard. She has prepared me for future stressors (going back to work, breastfeeding struggles), I can’t even express how much I appreciate her. She is gentle and caring for my baby. I trust her fully ”

“ Dr. Otero is the most AMAZING pediatrician you could ever imagine! Empathetic, knowledgeable, resourceful and very personable. She supports the whole child and the whole family. I feel so blessed to have her as our doctor. ”

“ Dr. Otero has been taking care of our children for many years. They feel comfortable around her and know they can trust her with any questions or concerns they have. She does an amazing job at explaining her thoughts in an age appropriate manner so my kids can always understand and take part in the discussion. She always asks for their permission when also asking for our permission. Which we feel is very important. ”

“ Again, Dr.Otero treats my Daughter as a person and speaks to her directly. She involves her in the conversation and she’s only 4 but has done this for the entire time. She makes parents feel like they have a real understanding of what to look for in milestones. We live in Keystone Heights and started with her at Magnolia Park. When she relocated it wasn’t even a question if we would follow her to Tioga. She went above and beyond when my daughter had an ear infection that wouldn’t go away and helped us find the resources we needed. ”
