About me
Jaclyn A. Wagner, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at UF Health Urgent Care. She has extensive clinical experience in emergency medicine and walk-in clinic settings, where she provided expert treatment for everything from sprains and fractures to infectious illnesses like COVID-19, influenza and more. She also has thorough knowledge of vascular diseases and their treatments, and has worked with supporting providers to create individualized plans of care for patients who need further treatment. Her goal is to diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and ensure patients receive compassionate care when they need it most. Wagner earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida, and her Master of Science in Management from the University of Florida in Gainesville. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International, the Golden Key National Honor Society and Eta Sigma Gamma National Health Science Education Honor Society.
