“ We've never had a bad experience at this practice but this appointment I felt Dr. Crews and the resident really went above and beyond. I felt seen and heard with some of the concerns I brought up even though they were outside what you would discuss at a well child visit. I was actually nervous to bring up my concerns because you sign a paper that basically says you can't discuss anything other than routine well child stuff. The resident and Dr. Crews listened, they were patient, asked questions, engaged with my child and offered solutions that we both felt comfortable with. ”
