About me

My decision to pursue a career in sports medicine was driven by a desire to strengthen my clinical decision-making and deliver the highest-quality, individualized care. As a physical therapist at UF Health Rehab Center – Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute, I work with athletes and active individuals to restore function, reduce pain and optimize performance so they can return to the activities they love.

My practice focuses on the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients with orthopaedic and sports-related conditions. My clinical interests include ACL reconstruction, tendon injuries, knee pain, joint replacement and rotator cuff pain. I especially value connecting with patients throughout their rehab journey and understanding who they are as individuals as we build a personalized plan that supports their goals.

A future patient should know that I’ll always meet you where you’re at, but I’ll also challenge you to push past limits and reach your full potential — whether that’s returning to sport or moving with confidence again. I aim to provide clear, easy-to-understand guidance during rehab and encourage every patient to take an active role in their progression.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, which fuels both my competitive nature and my mental well-being. I also love hiking. On Sundays, you can be sure I’m tuned in to watch my Detroit Lions.
