About me
Hi, I’m Jason Goss, a physical therapist at UF Health. My academic journey in this field began at UF, where I earned my bachelor’s degree.
As a certified clinical instructor accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association, my expertise lies in sports and orthopaedic post-operative rehabilitation, with a particular focus on injuries and surgeries related to the shoulder and knee. This specialization stems from my personal desire to help people not just recover from their injuries but also embrace a healthy lifestyle that spans their entire life.
Physical therapy, in my view, should be a collaborative, interactive and educational journey that empowers patients to take control of their rehabilitation process. My goal as a physical therapist is to equip each patient with the knowledge and tools necessary to manage or overcome their physical challenges, thereby fostering independence and facilitating the achievement of their personal health and fitness goals.
When I'm not in the clinic, you'll likely find me outdoors, indulging in my love for adventure and nature. Whether it's hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, hunting or fishing, I'm happiest when I'm surrounded by the natural beauty of our world, sharing these moments with my family.
