My bio
Dr. Joseph Pileggi is a board-certified internal medicine physician who sees adult patients at UF Health Primary Care – Whetstone Place. He is committed to improving the lives of his patients by educating them on lifestyle medicine to prevent, treat and reverse chronic diseases.
Prior to joining UF Health St. Johns, Dr. Pileggi was focused on providing high-quality care to military veterans and women. He has also co-authored several articles and has been published in the “Visual Journal of Emergency Medicine.”
Dr. Pileggi earned his medical degree from DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee, and completed his internal medicine residency at Norton Community Hospital, in Norton, Virginia.
