“ Our visit was both cordial and helpful. We discussed my present post-op pain level, my activity level with balance issues after PT, the pros and cons of Prolia Therapy for an elderly woman with a recent evaluation for history of urinary retention, what changes I could expect in my spine’s further deterioration and what to do to slow those changes, and any need for spinal injections for addressing pain post-op. Dr. Chan suggested a referral to UF Endocrinology for further evaluation of biphosphate therapy and my letting her know when I had further needs to see her prn. ”
