My bio
My name is Jun “John” Yu, MD, and I am a neurologist with UF Health specializing in movement disorders. I received my medical degree in 2017 from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. From 2017 to 2018, I interned in preliminary internal medicine at the University of Florida. In 2021, I completed a residency in neurology at UF, where I also completed a fellowship in movement disorders.
I am eager to build interdisciplinary collaborations exploring the applications of advanced neurophysiological, neuroimaging, and data science technologies. In doing so, I hope to further our understanding of pathophysiology, while improving our diagnosis and management of movement disorders.
