“ I was recently an inpatient at the UF Health Jacksonville North and had a very bad experience with my clinical care, and received little communication from the providers about my care. I reached out to my PCP, and was able to get an urgent appointment with Ms. Kelley, as I was still struggling with some issues. Ms. Kelley listened empathtically and explained everything to me. I felt like I had some better answers for the first time since being discharged from the hospital. Ms. Kelley is AMAZING ”
