My bio

Hello, my name is Kathryn Marsh, and I am an assistant professor at the University of Florida in the Department of Pediatrics. I am a licensed psychologist with extensive clinical and research experience in neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly autism spectrum disorder (ASD). I hold licenses in Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

I earned a Ph.D. in school psychology from the University of Florida, a Master of Education in school psychology, and a master’s in developmental psychology from Florida Atlantic University. My clinical training includes a postdoctoral fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s TRIAD program and specialized work at the University of Miami’s Mailman Center for Child Development.

Currently, I am a licensed psychologist and clinical assistant professor at the University of Florida Health Pediatrics Behavioral Health & Behavioral Therapy Clinic, where I conduct diagnostic evaluations, provide evidence-based interventions, and mentor medical residents. Previously, I worked as a licensed psychologist at the Unumb Center for Neurodevelopment, providing telehealth therapy and psychological evaluations. At Vanderbilt’s TRIAD, I led early childhood autism evaluations, provided tele-diagnostic evaluations, and collaborated with medical teams on individualized care plans.

In addition to clinical practice, I have developed educational materials and professional training programs, including expert reviews of autism assessments and continuing education modules for pediatricians. Through my work with the Vanderbilt LEND Program, I gained interdisciplinary expertise and advocated for individuals with disabilities. I am passionate about advancing autism research, supporting families, and mentoring future professionals.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading to stay informed on developments in psychology and neurodevelopmental research. I also enjoy swimming and hanging out with my family on the weekends.
