Kishwar Husain, MD

Kishwar Husain, MD, is a board-certified pulmonologist, sleep medicine and critical care physician with more than 30 years of experience caring for patients with complex pulmonary and respiratory conditions.

Dr. Husain earned his medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital, affiliated with the University of Chicago Hospitals, followed by fellowships in pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine at the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine.

Since establishing his practice in Northeast Florida in 1996, Dr. Husain has provided comprehensive pulmonary and critical care services to the St. Augustine community. He has presented at national meetings, including the American Thoracic Society and the American College of Chest Physicians. He remains active in professional organizations dedicated to advancing pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine.
