Lacey A Coleman, MSN, APRN

My name is Lacey Coleman and I am a board-certified nurse practitioner at UF Health Family Medical Group – Starke. I was inspired to pursue family medicine because I’ve always loved caring for people, and having this opportunity to provide care to the people of my hometown community is particularly special for me – being a family nurse practitioner is the best way for me to care for and serve others in the Bradford County communities.

I earned my bachelor's and master’s in nursing from Chamberlain University and completed board certification in family practice through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. My experience includes caring for adult heart failure and pediatric heart transplant, and my clinical interests include preventive health care, women’s health and wellness and managing chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.

In my time away from work, I enjoy traveling and exploring national parks.
