“ There was a young man J. [ ] who was absolutelty exceptional! He was SO sweet to both of my kids. He really put my daughter at ease. He made her laugh and smile. It really made our experience extremely pleasant. My daughter gets so nervous with anything medical- he was just so nice, completely distracted her with talking about sports to her and her brother. He took the time to show her and explain to her how to properly fit her boot. 10 stars for this young man. ”
