My bio
I believe exercise is medicine and am passionate about exploring how exercise testing and prescription can enhance health and performance across all stages of life. My research focuses on exercise and aging, peripheral artery disease and sports performance physiology. These efforts aim to advance the field of exercise physiology and improve functional outcomes for individuals of all capabilities.
In addition to research, I am dedicated to educating future health professionals and providing specialized services to those seeking enhanced physical function. I prioritize each person’s unique goals and needs, tailoring my approach to support their journey toward better health and performance.
Outside work, I enjoy staying active, passionately following the Gators in various sports and appreciating Florida’s diverse wildlife.
