Meaghan C Fitzpatrick, OTR/L, OTD : Bio and credentials

Hi, my name is Meaghan Fitzpatrick, and I am an occupational therapist at UF Health. I earned my Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Florida. I am board-certified in occupational therapy by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

My clinical focus is on orthopedic conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. This includes managing fractures, soft-tissue injuries, arthritis, among other diagnoses. I am passionate about the therapeutic process, particularly the aspect of building relationships and spending meaningful time with my patients.

My primary goal as a therapist is to empower each patient to take control and ownership of their healing process. I believe in working collaboratively with clients to tailor the therapeutic approach to their unique needs and circumstances, ensuring a personalized and effective rehabilitation journey.
