My bio

My name is Meredith Joseph, MD, and I am a clinical assistant professor in the University of Florida Division of Neonatology. I earned my medical degree from UF in 2015. Subsequently, I completed pediatric residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and a neonatal-perinatal fellowship at Vanderbilt University. I completed a Masters of Science in Clinical Investigation at Vanderbilt University. After fellowship, I served as faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University prior to returning to UF in 2023. I strive to provide patient-centered, evidence-based, and compassionate care. My clinical research focuses on identifying optimal strategies for the care of critically ill neonates with the overarching objective of improving long-term outcomes.
