My bio
I was initially drawn to physical therapy after witnessing the impact it had on family members recovering from injury and the difference it made in their lives. Watching them regain independence, confidence, and quality of life inspired me to become a physical therapist so I could help others overcome challenges and return to the activities that matter most to them.
I strive to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers patients to take an active role in their recovery and long-term health. I am dedicated to creating a positive and encouraging environment where patients feel supported and motivated. I will always show patience, empathy, and commitment to their progress — whether their goals are big or small.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and baking, especially experimenting with new recipes. Growing up in a family that valued exploring new cultures sparked my passion for travel. I enjoy discovering local coffee shops and restaurants, as well as experiencing the food and traditions of new places. I also spend time outdoors with my two dogs, whether walking around the neighborhood or heading to the park.
