My bio
My decision to pursue a career in massage therapy grew from my early work as a certified nursing assistant caring for the geriatric community. After many years in nursing homes and rehab facilities, I transitioned into surgical technology before ultimately seeking a more natural approach to patient care. Becoming a massage therapist allowed me to combine hands-on skill with compassionate support, and I am still grateful to provide meaningful care to my patients 10 years later.
My practice focuses on deep tissue bodywork and medically informed massage techniques. My clinical interests include deep tissue bodywork, sports massage, oncology massage, geriatric massage, prenatal massage, trigger point therapy and lymphatic drainage. I aim to continue expanding my knowledge of medical massage so I can offer the most appropriate and effective techniques for each individual.
A future patient should know that I am caring, compassionate and committed to creating a treatment plan that is tailored specifically to you. I take the time to understand your needs and goals so we can work together toward improved comfort, mobility and overall well-being.
Outside of work, I enjoy camping, kayaking and spending time with my family and pets
