“ Dr. Burcsi truly cares about her patients and is very kind, both to me and her staff (you can tell a lot about a person in the way they treat their coworkers and reportees). She looks into queries seriously and reassures you if you are worried. She takes me seriously but isn't afraid to tell me if I'm going a little overboard. She's not a finger-wagger; I suspect she and I have different views on some lifestyle choices, but I only have suspicions because she's never given any impression that she disagrees with my choices (such as drinking alcohol, enjoying ice cream more than necessary, etc.). ”
