“ I arrived early for my appointment. I was seen right away, prior to my appointment time. I don't know how usual this is at UF Health, but every other health care provider I use runs behind and I have to wait well beyond my appointment time. ”

“ Had to wait (30 min over) past my appointment time but realize Dr. O'Malley is compassionate, gifted and has an excellent bedside manner. Waiting for the best is not an issue! But this last visit the CT found masslike prominences and we did not discuss this. I have a UF "MyChart" online and I did write a message to his staff. I still wouldn't change my urology surgeon. ”
