    “ I was referred to a specific dr in Endocrinology, but was scheduled with a dr in ENT. Either the referral was mixed up or it got changed incorrectly on UF Health’s end. Now I have to reschedule a separate appointment with the endocrinologist….not happy. ”

    “ Everyone missed that I was having a Natira blood test so I had to go back for the box but they very politely double checked and got me the box. This morning they called from the Natira lab to explain all about it so that helped immensely. ”
