“ Mrs. Felder listened to my concerns and thought to ask following questions which enabled to me better explain my concerns with greater detail. She displayed a real care to if not immediately resolve my issue at least start me in the proper direction toward a resolution. As you call it, her bedside manner is comforting and reassuring while remaining professional. I wish I could make her my primary care giver. ”

“ After having flu A and a fever for 5 days I came in with concerns of a secondary sinus infection. I would expect a provider to interact with compassion and understanding to her patients. She did not. Provider was condescending, she failed to answer questions and concerns I had about my health. After diagnosing me with an ear infection she failed to give me any information about how to care or treat it other than writing a prescription for antibiotics. I am now dealing with a ruptured eardrum. ”
