My bio
As a physical therapist at University of Florida Health, I am committed to improving my patients’ quality of life by promoting strength and functional mobility. I care about helping people feel comfortable, supported and confident as they work toward their goals, creating a positive environment throughout their rehabilitation.
My interest in physical therapy began in high school when my grandmother was hospitalized. During that time, I had the opportunity to observe several therapy sessions, including physical and occupational therapy. Through that experience, I quickly realized that I wanted to be a part of this profession.
Outside of physical therapy, I spend most of my free time traveling to softball tournaments and supporting my youngest daughter’s travel team with my husband. I also enjoy family vacations, visiting my hometown in Georgia and spending as much time as possible at the beach.
