Rebecca G Hays, PT, DPT

My name is Rebecca Hays, and I am a doctor of physical therapy at UF Health. I earned my bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Florida State University and my doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Florida. My passion for exercise, movement and helping others led me to pursue a career in physical therapy, where I can make a real difference in people's lives by assisting them in recovering from injuries and managing pain.

I specialize in orthopaedics, including post-operative care and sports-related injuries. My goal is to help individuals regain mobility, manage chronic conditions and restore function through targeted exercises and rehabilitation techniques. I strive to empower my patients to achieve their optimal physical potential, promoting long-term health and well-being.

One thing future patients should know about me is that I am fully committed to their recovery. I take the time to listen to their concerns, tailor treatments to their unique needs and support them every step of the way to help them reach their goals.
