My bio
My name is Ridhi Sachdev, MD, and I am an orthopaedic surgeon at UF Health. After receiving my medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College in New York, I stayed in state to complete my residency in orthopaedic surgery at Montefiore Medical Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Following this residency, I went on to complete a fellowship in sports medicine at Brown University in Rhode Island. Prior to my fellowship with Brown University, I was selected for the Hospital for Special Surgery Medical Student Summer Research Fellowship, a prestigious honor granted to 19 medical students a year who are interested in orthopaedics.
I am currently a member of numerous medical organizations, including the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, and the Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society. I have been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Surgical Oncology, the Journal of Limb Lengthening & Reconstruction, and the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery.
