Robert Marema, MD, FASC

Nationally recognized as one of the most respected surgeons in bariatric medicine, Dr. Marema has performed over 17,000 bariatric procedures. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Medicine, and has served as a member of many reputable organizations including the American Medical Association, Florida Medical Association, Fellow of the American College of Surgery and a Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery among others. His specializes in both open and laparoscopic surgery procedures as well as adjustable gastric banding.
