About me
My interest in physical therapy began in high school, where I was a tri-sport athlete and often in the clinic for various injuries. I had a fantastic therapist who sparked my curiosity in the field. I also watched my dad work through multiple postsurgical recoveries, which showed me how meaningful it can be to help someone return to what they love. These experiences led me to pursue a career supporting patients through their own journeys.
My practice focuses on pelvic health, including endometriosis and PCOS-related symptoms, postpartum recovery and pediatric pelvic conditions. My goals are to continue advancing my expertise, work toward my WCS, provide care that helps patients regain confidence in their bowel and bladder control, and build strong connections within the community.
A future patient should know that I am here to help and that my space is a safe place for all. I want to work toward your goals with you every step of the way. There is no such thing as a silly question. If I don’t know an answer, I will find it, so please never hesitate to ask.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, hiking, kayaking and watching sports — especially football and baseball. I also love baking, cooking and relaxing with a good puzzle.
