About me

I am a board-certified Radiation Oncologist and Clinical Informaticist at the University of Florida Health Proton Therapy Institute where I serve as an assistant professor. I specialize in proton therapy, treating brain, lung, gastrointestinal and genitourinary cancers. I also serve as section chief of radiation oncology informatics.

I previously served as chief resident physician at Vanderbilt University Medical Center where I completed my radiation oncology residency as an ABR Leonard B. Holman Research Pathway Fellow and earned a master’s degree in biomedical informatics.

My academic focus centers on leveraging clinical informatics, artificial intelligence and advanced data integration to advance precision medicine in radiation oncology, personalize treatment decisions and improve oncologic outcomes. I lead multiple research initiatives including AI-driven lung cancer risk stratification models and automated clinical-dosimetric data integration across radiation oncology platforms. I have presented my work at peer-reviewed conferences including the American Society for Radiation Oncology and the American Medical Informatics Association, and have published in leading oncology journals on topics such as translational research, health disparities and digital health innovation.
