My bio
My name is Sarah O’Connor, MD. I am a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at UF Health and an associate professor in the University of Florida Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. I completed my medical education at the University of Florida College of Medicine in 2018. I then completed my residency training at Boston Medical Center in 2022, followed by a fellowship in Complex Family Planning in 2024. My clinical and research areas include complex family planning, contraception care, miscarriage management, reproductive healthcare for people who use substances, and care for underserved populations. I am a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Society of Family Planning, the American Medical Women’s Association, and the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
